All colours of product are reproduced as accurately as possible, however a slight variation may occur in colour and size specifications. Colours may appear slightly different via this web site due to computer picture resolution and individual monitor settings.
We ship globally from China. Freight is quoted per order based on volume, weight, and destination. Choose port delivery (FOB/CFR/CIF) or door delivery (DAP). Marine cargo insurance, import clearance, duties, VAT/GST, and any local customs or quarantine requirements are handled by the importer unless quoted as DDP. See Shipping Policy for full details.
FOB (Port of Shipment)
- We arrange origin pickup, export clearance, and delivery to the port or terminal for export.
- You arrange ocean freight to the destination port, marine cargo insurance (if required), import clearance (including duties and VAT/GST), and onward delivery.
CFR (Destination Port)
- We arrange origin pickup, export clearance, and ocean freight to the destination port.
- You arrange marine cargo insurance (if required), destination port or terminal charges, import clearance (including duties and VAT/GST), and onward delivery.
CIF (Destination Port)
- Same as CFR, plus basic marine cargo insurance to the destination port (upgrade available on request).
- You arrange destination port or terminal charges, import clearance (including duties and VAT/GST), and onward delivery.
DAP (Delivered at Place)
- We arrange origin pickup, export clearance, ocean freight, and delivery to your nominated address.
- You remain responsible for import clearance (including duties and VAT/GST).
- Unloading at delivery is by the customer unless agreed otherwise. Delivery is scheduled once the shipment is in-country and cleared for release.
DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) – on request We can quote DDP (including duties and taxes) on request, subject to destination requirements, local regulations, and eligibility.
Unless agreed otherwise, you are the importer of record and responsible for import clearance, duties, and VAT/GST in your country. Import clearance may also involve local customs or quarantine documentation, inspections, treatments, or fees depending on destination rules. Destination port or terminal charges and any storage, demurrage, or detention are payable by the customer unless included in the quote.
If you prefer to nominate your own freight forwarder, we can support this on request, subject to order, documentation, and handling requirements.

Once you have placed an order you will shortly receive a confirmation email. Please check your Junk/Spam folder. If you have not received your order confirmation email please contact the customer support via the website.
Once you've placed your order, you will be directed to an order confirmation message which will contain your order number. This information will also be emailed to you; this can take up to 60 minutes to arrive in your inbox- so hold tight! Once our team at the warehouse have processed your order, you will receive a second email to let you know that your order is on its way to you.
If you are missing part of your order, please check:
1. Your dispatch email, if your order is going to be sent in multiple parts then your dispatch email will only include some of the items you ordered, you will then get another dispatch email. You will also receive multiple tracking numbers.
2. The receipt/invoice in the bag, this will show the items you should have received in this parcel. If you have everything that is on the invoice the rest of your order will come separately.
3. If your order is arriving in multiple parcels then there will be a sticker on the bag to let you know the order has been split.
