Frequently asked questions.

Frequently asked questions.

How do I buy from Green Loop Global?

Two ways, depending on the product. Many items you can buy now online with a deposit at checkout. These are made to order and typically run around 10 to 14 weeks. Others are quote-only, where quantities, finishes or delivery need a quick conversation. Each product page shows which applies, and you can always add items to a quote list and send them through.

Where do you deliver?

We deliver online right across Australia. If you are overseas, add items to a quote and we will arrange delivery.

How much is delivery?

Freight is worked out at checkout from your cart weight and delivery state. You can see the full table on our Shipping page.

How long will my order take?

Everything is made to order and delivered in 10 to 14 weeks from order confirmation. We keep you posted at every stage.

Can I order from outside Australia?

Online checkout is Australia-only for now. If you are overseas, including the UK and Europe, add the items you want to a quote and we will arrange delivery and confirm a landed price.

Do you deliver to remote areas?

Yes. Very remote areas may be re-quoted before dispatch, and we will always confirm before your order goes out.

Do you have minimum order quantities?

Some products carry a minimum order quantity, particularly made-to-order items. If one applies, we’ll tell you up front on the quote, with no surprises.

What are your products made from, and how recycled are they?

It varies by product, and every product data sheet lists the specifics. In short: recycled-aluminium cabinet and plinth frames, recycled-polyester skins and fabrics, strawboard-cored upholstered furniture, and recycled-content seating shells. Our Circular Design page has the full breakdown by product family.

What do your carbon numbers mean?

We publish two: a cradle-to-gate carbon figure (CO₂e, A1–A3) for reporting and specification, and a Planet Price that captures the wider environmental footprint across carbon, water, land and pollution. Our Carbon Metrics page explains both.

Do you take products back at end of life?

Yes, within scope. We run a take-back program for LoopForm Replene tabletops, LoopFlex Replene cabinet tops and shelves, and selected Tero and Ovalo chairs and stools. Where transport impact would outweigh the benefit, we’ll help you find a lower-impact local route. Every product also carries a suggested end-of-life pathway.

Are you certified?

Our quality and environmental management systems are certified to ISO 9001 and ISO 14001, and selected recycled inputs carry Global Recycled Standard (GRS) certification. We’re a Better Stands supporter and a member of the Australian Business Events Association (ABEA).
